Like to go a little deeper, and especially stay down longer \u2013 of course you can! With our Deco tour in any case, and so that the whole thing doesn’t go completely without a plan, a little knowledge about decompression is essential. Veronika Sievers from Punkfish Academy shows very vividly that all this nerdiness doesn’t have to be dry: First and foremost, it’s about having fun diving. The passionate diving instructor has been dedicated to technical diving, diving instructor training and diving theory for years and, in addition to her sound knowledge, has a great deal of practical experience. <\/p>\n

Those who already independently do more demanding dives will find the right buddies on board. But also those who want to get a taste of greater depths and Deco dives for the first time will be well looked after: Step by step we get to the dives that everyone would like to do. <\/p>\n

The Omneia Spirit is perfectly equipped for this project with sufficient oxygen and booster, so that every desired mixture is available. Dual equipment, sidemount tanks and even rebreather support can be arranged upon request.<\/p>\n

In addition to the diving program of usually three dives a day, the safari includes a lecture program on various areas of deco theory. Whether the focus is more on the basics or the perfect ascent is discussed, whether it is more about DCS or more about diving practice, it will be adapted to the interests of the fellow travelers. <\/p>\n

Of course, training in the use of deco gases can also be done on board. In order to keep the theory manageable in one week, it is possible to have adequate preparation in advance through self-study and webinars, so that open questions and practice can be the focus on board. <\/p>\n
