Punkfish Projects

Besides the SSI courses, where we always like to offer a bit more than the minimum, we have a few favorite topics of our own. Many of them appear repeatedly in our webinars, which you can attend for free at any time; others will gradually be added here.

Our central theme for several years has been Deco theory. Countless webinars on all details, several complete series – this has grown into a complete course, and now also into a book.

But we are also on the road, physically and online. In our webinars, we explain some aspects of Deco theory, as well as ecology, diving practice, and general diving theory. And on the Punkfish safaris with the Omneia Spirit, we combine Deco theory with real decompression in the Red Sea.

But there’s more: In the “Deep Narcosis Project”, we collect experience reports on how it feels when you don’t function as well as usual at depth, and when that becomes alarming. And, of course, we explain what deep narcosis means and what is known about it.

And then, a few years ago, there was this volcano on our small island, and of course, we couldn’t help but turn it into a “Diving with Volcanoes” – Specialty.
