Description
If there is still air in the cylinder at the end of the no-decompression time, you may wish you could stay a little longer. This is exactly what Nitrox is for: these gases have more oxygen, and therefore naturally less nitrogen. You absorb less nitrogen and can therefore stay underwater longer before you reach the no-decompression limit.
But Nitrox also has some specific risks associated with the higher oxygen content. So that you can use these gases safely, you will learn in this course what limits you should observe and how important it is to always know exactly what you are breathing.
