SSI OWD – SSI Digital Kit and theory for Open Water Diver

Would you like to learn to dive, but are currently sitting at home and are far too far away from the sea? Then just start with the theory – and then look for a center where you can learn the practice with good advice. Here you can book the complete theory for your first diving course, get the SSI material, our additional material and personal support – and at the end you take the exam online. You will then have completed the theory for your SSI Open Water Diver and can concentrate fully on the practice in the next step.

The SSI Open Water Diver course teaches you everything you need to know to start diving. How does the equipment work? How do you move under water? What can happen and how can it be prevented? How do you find your way underwater and where can you dive?

The SSI OWD – SSI Digital Kit and Theory for Open Water Diver is your introduction to the theory of the diving course. You get:

• The SSI Digital Kit OWD (incl. certification fee)
• Access to further material at the Punkfish Academy
• Personal support when questions arise during learning
• a smooth transfer of your kit to the diving school where you complete your practical training

To take the course, you need an account with SSI. If you don’t have one yet, register at MySSI – Punkfish

We will activate your OWD kit there and inform you about what else you can view with us. We are available to answer any questions you may have by e-mail, WhatsApp or, if required, in a webinar.

In order to be certified as an Open Water Diver, you must book the practical course at an SSI diving school of your choice. This center receives access to your digital kit from us and issues your brevet.
