Want to learn to dive, but you’re at home and far from the sea? Then simply start with the theory – and get good advice to find a center where you can complete the practical training. Here you can book the complete theory for your first diving course, get the SSI material, our extra material, and personal support – and finish with the exam online. This completes the theory for your SSI Open Water Diver, so in the next step you can focus entirely on the practical training.
The SSI Open Water Diver course teaches you everything you need to know to start diving. How does the equipment work? How do you move under water? What can happen and how can it be prevented? How do you find your way underwater and where can you dive?
In this package, you also get the next course after the OWD: the AOWD. In it, you complete five more dives, practicing certain areas in more depth and expanding your scope. Whether you take the course right after the OWD or later on – you can secure the theory package in advance, as it doesn’t expire.
The SSI OWD and AOWD – SSI Digital Kit and Theory Package is your entry into the theory for the diving course. You get:
- The SSI Digital Kit OWD and AOWD (including certification fee)
- Access to further material at the Punkfish Academy
- Personal support if questions come up while learning
- A smooth transfer of your kit to the dive school where you complete the practical training
